Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a proactive and communicative person for the position of Sales Development Representative (SDR) . Here at NEO, this is a technical role, so we require knowledge of industry and/or engineering. The SDR will be responsible for initial contact with clients and for developing active lead generation strategies, as well as qualifying leads originating from marketing. The employee will develop in the areas of sales, industrial technology, and marketing, with the opportunity to work on international accounts if proficient in English or Spanish .
Must Have
- Previous experience with prospecting;
- Experience or training in the field of industry and/or engineering;
- Methodical profile, with the discipline to follow processes and keep the CRM up-to-date;
- I have an interest in technology and consulting;
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills;
- Quick learning curve.

- Previous experience with SaaS or B2B;
- Advanced English;
- Advanced Spanish.
