Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We're looking for a proactive and communicative Sales Development Representative (SDR) . At NEO, this is a technical position, so we require industry and/or engineering knowledge. The SDR will be responsible for initial customer contact and developing active lead acquisition strategies, as well as qualifying marketing leads. The employee will develop in sales, industrial technology, and marketing, with the opportunity to work with international accounts if fluent in English or Spanish .
Must have
- Previous experience with prospecting;
- Experience or training in industry and/or engineering;
- Methodical profile, with discipline to follow processes and keep CRM up to date;
- I like technology and consulting;
- Great communication and persuasive skills;
- Fast learning.

- Previous experience with SaaS or B2B;
- Advanced English;
