Neo event "The future of APS in Industry 4.0" is a success!
A few weeks ago there was the event "The Future of APS in Industry 4.0", organized by Neo Production Engineering, with the support of Siemens. The event was full of news, trends and reports of customers who had real gains with the solutions provided by Neo.to already start with everything, we had a presentation of the Indirect Sales Director of the Americas - Portfolio Mom, explaining how Siemens became in Siemens. One of the largest software companies in the world and the first in Marketshare in the industrial software segment.
After that, it was Neo's turn to present current challenges and especially the trends and opportunities of APs in the future of industry 4.0! Then our client, Plasc packaging, came to bring his testimony about the Preactor APS project in his industry and the gains they had. Charlene Medeiros and Julio Kolcheski from PPCP gave a show! The results are impressive, going through 20% reductions in setup times, 30% on order delays and 50% in programming time and delivery date promise!
Finally, Fernando Canelas da Móveis Bartira closed with a golden key, telling about the trajectory of Preactor APS in the largest furniture industry in Latin America. He told us that it was previously necessary 1 hour to program 10 features using 10 different spreadsheets. Today you can schedule 100 features in 1 hour, even with the incredible complexity that is a factory that manufactures a complete furniture every 7 seconds!
