Goldratt, one of the greatest gurus in production engineering, and we couldn't begin this selection with any other title. Mes 30 years after its release, The Goal remains one of the best-selling books in the business field. The book's central theme is the Theory of Constraints , which seeks to analyze industry bottlenecks and how to overcome them efficiently, generating the best results. This is a must-read and no longer a bedside guide!
