Docile is one of the largest confectionery companies in Brazil and currently the country's largest exporter of sweets and candies. Founded in 1991 in the city of Lajeado, Rio Grande do Sul, Docile has a portfolio of over 170 items, both traditional and premium, divided into seven categories: gummy candies, pastilles, licorice (straws and ribbons), chewing gum, jelly candies, marshmallows, and powdered soft drinks. Each product category has its own processing flow, with particular attention to gummy candies and jelly candies, which share some common processes.
