Docile is one of the major candy industries in Brazil and currently the largest exporter of sweets and treats in the country. Founded in 1991, in the city of Lajeado, Rio Grande do Sul, Docile has in its portfolio more than 170 items, traditional and premium, divided into seven categories: gum bullets, pads, regaliz (straws and ribbons), chics, gelatin bullets, marshmallows and powdered refreshments. Each of the product categories has its own process flow, with attention to gum and gelatin bullets, which have some common processes.
