How it works:

Demand Classification

Based on the real demand history, NPLAN classifies each product, whether finished or even semi-rated and raw material, through an explosion of materials, in a demand profile, according to ABC, PQR, XYZ, 123 or other important classifications for your business.

Automated and configurable stock policies

For each demand profile, you decide that stock and service strategy will use in this simulation scenario, to define your Stock (Safety Stock, lots, etc.) policies.

Health Projection of Stocks against MPS

From the stock policies of its scenario, NPLAN's heuristics will generate a resurrection plan for these stocks over time, in order to serve them, but considering the capacity limitations that its operation has, thus, you can evaluate the health of your stocks over time.
